Julio del Álamo

Julio del Álamo

Julio del Álamo was born in Madrid and he was a happy kid watching Pandau on TV (a show about a man that shrinked touching his bowler hat). His grandma taught him how simple life is and he never leaves TV volume at number 13. He decided he wanted to be a filmmaker when he was 14 and received a Betamax camera with which he shot his first short films, labeled Alamofilms. He likes garlic, cocido madrileño (Madrid’s most famous stew) and collecting Star Wars figures. His signature dish is spanish omelette and his totemic animal, the cheetah.
